Take a Chance and Roll the D.I.C.E. With Us!

In partnership with the Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce, we are introducing the D.I.C.E. (Dreams, Ingenuity, Creativity, & Entrepreneurship) Challenge!

The D.I.C.E. Challenge is a regional business planning competition in which high school students in Southeastern Indiana create a business product or service, develop a business plan, and pitch their idea to a panel of seasoned entrepreneurs. Business ideas and plans are evaluated and ranked, with the top 3 teams receiving an investment into their futures! Any student attending a school in Southeastern Indiana is eligible to participate. The deadline for a team to register is Friday, September 1, 2023, so start dreaming up fun, useful, innovative ideas!

A Summer of STREAM Has Come to a Close!

A Summer of STREAM 2023 is in the books! We had an amazing summer by impacting 1,050 students through 19 fun, experiential learning opportunities.

Through DIY (Do It Yourself) Woodworking Camp, Explore Public Safety Camp, Star Wars Camp, and so many more, it was our goal to provide students with summer camps and activities to assist in alleviating the summer learning gap. We achieved that goal by offering 19 co-curricular camps and activities that upheld a supportive learning environment where students could fulfill their passions/interests and be surrounded by passionate educators.

2024 Task: Put Toothpaste on a Toothbrush

Calling all Scientists, Engineers, and Artists! This year, middle school and high school students have the opportunity to participate in the Rube Goldberg Machine Contests, at which teams are challenged to Put Toothpaste on a Toothbrush.
