The D.I.C.E. Challenge — Youth Business Pitch Competition inspires young people to see entrepreneurship as more than just an idea—it’s a pathway to purpose, possibility, and impact. The program introduces high school students to small business creation and ownership as a realistic and rewarding career option.

Participants learn that entrepreneurship isn’t about finding the next “million-dollar” idea, but about recognizing real needs within their communities and creating solutions that make a difference. Through this experience, youth come to understand the essential role entrepreneurs play in shaping strong communities—fueling economic growth, expanding access to goods and services, and driving meaningful social change.

Since 2023, $18,000 has been distributed to youth-led businesses.
