We’re Seeking Camp Counselors in Training
Genesis: Pathways to Success (GPS) invites teens ages 14–17 to build leadership skills while supporting younger campers during A Summer of STREAM. This is an opportunity to develop independence, learn responsibility for others, and practice strong leadership skills.
Under the supervision of GPS staff, Camp Counselors in Training serve as role models for middle school students (camp attendees) and assist with hands-on STREAM activities. Your role is that of an assistant; you are not directly responsible for the safety of campers, but you are responsible for helping prevent unsafe situations through your leadership and involvement in activities.
Applications Open: May 1, 2026
